E5 Pharma, Boca Raton
Kentucky Modern
For E5 Pharma’s office in Boca Raton’s Mizner Tower, Fresh worked with the company’s management team to translate its vision into a workplace with warmth, character and room to grow. The concept, “Kentucky Modern,” brought the comfort of familiar materials into a modern, functional office.
Wood, vintage brick and open spaces set the tone. The layout offered different ways to work and gather, from individual work areas and meeting rooms to a kitchen and bar-style lounge and an indoor golf simulator.
Completed in late 2019, the office occupies an elevated, east-facing setting with views across Boca Raton towards the ocean. The design connected that outlook with the everyday experience of the people using the space.
A workplace for working and gathering
The brief was to capture the character of the company and its management team while creating a practical space for a growing business. The balance mattered: an office that felt comfortable and established, with the flexibility of a contemporary workplace.
The photographs show that balance in the contrast between timber, brick and leather, and the glass partitions, open work areas and generous daylight. Spaces for informal conversation sit alongside places for meetings and focused work.
